Francis Jose (Joe) is a seasoned leader with a proven track record in family services. Adept at nonprofit work, facilitation, and organizational growth.  Currently the Director of Child Youth and Family Services at Wuchopperen Health Service.  Joe is passionate community and social services expert who brings perspective and insight to all his projects. Joe joined the board in 2022.
